What type of products does French Pro 4 offer?

We sell acrylic dip nail manicure kits (over 100 colored powders and liquids) Which include color,  glitters, neon’s and glow in the dark powders)  We also offer nail accessories specifically required for the dipping technique.  

Also, we have a 1 step-Vegan UV/LED Gel polish called V-Gel (12 colors collection) which does not require a base or top coat. This innovative product easily removes in alcohol instead of acetone. 


Where are the products made?

Our products are made in the USA.


Does your product prolong manicure?

Our products are of high quality and made to last. However, you need to make sure your hands and nails are clean when applying the product. The area you want to use must also be free from dust and oil.  


What if I am allergic to your product?

Before completing your order you can inbox us frenchpro1234@gmail.com for the list of ingredients. We will gladly provide it for you. 


Are your products safe to use?

Yes, all our products are safe to use. All our products do not cause damage to the skin. However, you can inbox us at frenchpro1234@gmail.com to know about the ingredients used. We will gladly provide it for you. 


Are returns or exchanges possible?

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product. 


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not possible due to the nature of our product. 


Can I edit my order?

Once your order is already processed for shipping, you won't be able to edit it. 


Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not offer cancellation. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You can order our products from any part of the world. 


I didn't get my tracking number?

We always send the tracking number as soon as your product ships. However, if we didn't for whatever reasons, please send an email to frenchpro1234@gmail.com to request for your tracking number. We will gladly resolve the issue as fast as we can. Make sure to add your full name that was used when placing the order and your order number when sending the email.


My order was stated as delivered based on tracking but I can't find my order?

Please visit or contact your local post office to ask if the delivered product is with them. Also check with your household members and neighbors maybe they received the delivered product for you. If the carrier is also unable to find you your order. Please contact us frenchpro1234@gmail.com and we will help you to resolve it.


I inputted a wrong address, can I change it?

Yes, we will change the address if your order has not shipped yet. We will also not be held responsible for shipments arriving at another location due to incorrect address. Please make sure you input your correct address.
